Consumer Rights
Return Policy
Italian Consumer Code (D.Lgs. 206/2005, Art. 52, 57 & 59)
1. Physical Merchandise Returns (14 Days)
Pursuant to Article 52 of the Italian Consumer Code, consumers residing in the European Union have the legal right to withdraw from purchases of physical goods within 14 days from the delivery date without providing a reason.
- To receive a full refund, items should ideally be returned in their original condition and packaging. Consumers are legally permitted to inspect and test items to establish their nature and functionality. However, if an item is returned with clear signs of use or damage beyond what is necessary for a basic inspection, the consumer is liable for the diminished value of the goods, and a corresponding deduction will be applied to the refund amount.
- Pursuant to Article 57, standard return shipping expenses are paid by the customer, unless the product arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.
2. Digital Content Exclusion (Art. 59)
Under Art. 59, Paragraph 1, Letter (o) of the Italian Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal is excluded for the supply of digital content through a non-material support (such as digital downloads or digital VIP portal access) once execution has started, provided that the consumer gave their explicit prior consent at checkout and acknowledged losing their right.
