Governing E-Commerce, Digital Audio Assets, Custom Hardware & VIP Memberships
1. Corporate Identification
This platform is operated by CavePark s.r.l., registered in Italy: P.IVA / VAT: IT06204700873 | REA: CT - 478076 | Share Capital €10.000,00 Registered Office: Via Vincenzo Giuffrida 202, 95128 Catania (CT), Italy, Europe.
2. Order Processing & Invoicing
All prices are denominated in Euros (€). Orders placed within Italy or the European Union are subject to official invoicing (Fattura Elettronica / Ricevuta Fiscale). Tax compliance data (Codice Fiscale for private individuals, or Partita IVA, SDI Code, and PEC address for B2B entities) is processed automatically for official reporting to the Italian Revenue Agency (Agenzia delle Entrate).
3. VIP Membership Program
VIP Memberships grant subscribers a 25% discount across catalog merchandise and digital drops. Subscriptions renew automatically on an annual basis at the established rate (€59.80/year). The platform will provide the subscriber with a written reminder notification via email at least 30 days prior to the renewal date. Users may cancel their renewal at any time prior to the billing date directly via their profile portal.
4. Intellectual Property & Digital Stems
All spatial audio stems, synthesizer circuit designs, artwork, and physical artifacts remain the exclusive intellectual property of CavePark s.r.l. Purchasing digital stems grants a non-exclusive, personal license for music production. Unauthorized re-distribution, reselling, or public sub-licensing of raw stem files is strictly prohibited.
5. Applicable Law, Alternative Dispute Resolution & Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by Italian law.
Consumer Disputes (B2C): Pursuant to Article 66-bis of the Italian Consumer Code, any legal dispute arising from or related to purchases made on this website by a consumer shall fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts where the consumer resides or has their domicile.
Business Disputes (B2B): For any purchase made by an entity or professional acting within their commercial or professional capacity (B2B), the parties agree that all disputes shall fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of Catania, Italy.
